Message from HTF
Dear colleague,
Many managers and front line staff from mental health and learning disability services took part in some focus groups and attended a stress reduction workshop at the Hft head office here in Bristol, early last year.
As part of the Leonardo da Vinci funded ROSE project, our project partners have now designed an online stress management intervention for front line staff working with people with mental health problems or learning disabilities. Much of their work was based on that research.
We are currently in the process of evaluating it, and would value any feedback. We would like you and as many of your colleagues as possible to try out the new ROSE website. Please could you pass on the link below to as many of your staff as possible?
The website is free of charge to use and has sections for managers as well as employees.
The evaluation will involve a short questionnaire when you first login and create your account, and some questions about how useful you found the information. This will be followed up by a further 15 questions about stress, a few weeks later. You will be emailed a reminder to complete these.
Your time and feedback is much appreciated and will help us to build a better product for everyone. The final version will be launched in October this year.
With kind regards and many thanks,
Paul Twynam
