Mental Health Code of Practice
The Mental Health Act Code of Practice is now available for non mental health professionals the important parts are Chapters 1 & 2. These cover the rights and responsibilities of professionals and information for families and individuals. The full Code of Practice can also be downloaded here.
As the Act becomes live in Autumn 2008 more information will be added to this page.
